How does it work: TS Man is being licensed by concurrent connections.

Let's say for example that you have the following:
- 3 technicians in the workshop
- 1 person at reception (point of sale)
- one manager in a separate room (office) like yourself

In this case, ideally you will need to purchase 5 licenses. But you do not have to. If only 4 users are likely to be connected all the time to the TS Man database, then you only need 4 licenses.

What happens if some time I need the 5th user to be connected?
In that case, you can ask one of the already connected users to log off, so one connection will be freed.
Alternatively, you can purchase an additional license.

It is always a good idea to prepare for the future. One extra license purchased the first time around, will save you the hassle of having to purchase an additional license later on.  Licenses are being priced based on the number of concurrent connections you purchase. (Volume Discount)
